We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven B2B Sales Specialist to join a growing environment within the transport and logistics sector. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and developing business in a dynamic, international setting.

The Role

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of clients within the transport and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively identify and acquire new B2B clients
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with transport companies
  • Present and sell a portfolio of services (fuel cards, toll solutions, VAT & excise recovery, factoring, etc.)
  • Consult clients and respond to their business needs
  • Negotiate terms and close deals
  • Track market trends and identify new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales (B2B preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Commercial mindset and results-oriented attitude
  • Ability to manage your own pipeline and priorities
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems, Internet tools)
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
  • English language skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in transport, logistics, or freight forwarding
  • Experience working with corporate clients
